In this consumer driven world, I identify myself as a buyer. Here's what I buy (whether actually or visually) and how much I pay. It's like Brian Ulrich said, "It's a photographic examination of the peculiarities and complexities of the consumer-dominated culture in which we live."
Not how I like it.
Wanting to sink my teeth into some fresh seafood, I chose the mayo-based lobster roll ($18) from Fish in NYC. After my first bite, I quickly learned that I happen to prefer butter only. Oh, well. Call me a purist.
